1:1 Sessions - Deep Rest, Yoga, Strength, Stretch
Deep Rest:
Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out? Do you spin a thousands plates and feel like you are only just holding it together? Do struggle to sit still or decompress? Do you need permission to rest?
These online or in-person sessions are a chance for you to unwind, settle down and tune back in to yourself, using a combination of reflective work, breath, meditation, journalling, self-massage, restorative postures and yoga nidra.
Strength:
Are you looking to improve your strength, enhance your functional movement and feel proud of your body?
Using a combination of Pilates, body weight exercises, Barre and weights we look at way to build your muscle stamina, endurance and power focussing on the stabilising micro muscles as well as major groups. You’ll end the session feeling like a warrior, standing taller and energised.
Yoga or Stretch:
Using a combination of static postures and movement to lengthen your limbs, soften your mind and settle into breath. We can either focus on simply stretching your body or if you would prefer a more mindful practice, yoga concepts and philosophy will be weaved into the session.
