It is self paced so you can choose, thoughI recommend exploring a theme and yoga practice per week allowing time to integrate the teachings. In all this would take you 4 weeks
You have access for the whole of Spring so you can move through the content at your own pace. The course will expire in June 2025 ready for the next seasonal course
